AOL Users and TACO

Many of our AOL users will find that they have trouble either signing up or logging into TACO once they've registered and paid. The problem is related to an incompatability issue with the AOL service. However, there is a work around that in most cases should allow you to login and use TACO like everyone else. Please follow the directions below:

1) After logging into AOL, go to the following website: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

2) Download the Firefox web browswer to your computer's desktop (or a location you can get to later).

3) Close AOL, go to your desktop, and install the Firefox browser.

4) You will now use Firefox to access TACO. In order to use AOL with TACO, sign-in to AOL as you normally would, then minimize AOL by clicking on the minimize button at the top of AOL:

  5) After minimizing AOL, your internet connection will still be available through AOL for other programs (outside of AOL) to use. Next, click on the Firefox icon on your desktop, start menu, or dock:

6) Once loaded, click go to: http://taco.joydancer.com   and login with your username and password.
