If you're having technical difficulties using TACO or can't figure out how to use a particular feature, use the buttons to your left under "Help" to help you solve your problem.

First start with our Common Problems section where you may find that your particular problem has already been answered and has a solution.

If that doesn't work, then fill out a Trouble Ticket by  and we will respond to you as soon as possible with an answer to your question.
