Terms and Conditions for use of
The Joydancer Toltec Apprentice Community OnLine,
also known as "TACO."
By joining The Joydancer Toltec Apprentice Community OnLine, I demonstrate that I have read and agree with the terms and conditions stated below.
1. I agree and understand that this is a teaching community, and there is nothing in the information presented that is expected to diagnose, cure, or heal any physical or psychological problem, disease, or disorder.
2. I have considered carefully and to the best of my ability, and believe that there is nothing in my family, medical, mental health, or spiritual history that might make the TACO program inappropriate or emotionally overwhelming for me.
3. I understand that the nature of the awareness offered to me here may give rise to strong emotions. I understand that this may be an important part of this growth experience for me, however, it these emotions make it difficult to participate in the teachings, or if they become too strong to be contained in the format of an on-line program, I agree to supplement or substitute my work here with guidance and support from a group, program, personal teaching or therapy with a qualified professional.
4. I understand that should such emotions or other difficulties arise, I may consult with Allan Hardman regarding my experience, according to his availability for such consultations. I agree, however, no matter what the results of such a consultation might be, that I alone am responsible for my personal experience in this program, and hold Allan Hardman, Joydancer.com, his employees, web masters and hosts, tour guides, travel agents, Miguel Ruiz, and all other parties involved, including my fellow Community members, blameless for my experience.
5. I agree to the best of my ability to use The Four Agreements, as set forth by Miguel Ruiz in his book "The Four Agreements," as a guide and code of conduct during my involvement and interactions in this on-line community.
I will be impeccable with my word
I will not take anything personally
I will not make assumptions
I will always do my best
My participation confirms my desire to become free of judgement and blame, to learn to love myself and others without condition, and to be part of the creation of a new dream of "Heaven on Earth," both here in TACO and in the world at large.
So Be It!
I accept these terms and conditions and my personal responsibility relative to my involvement in this on-line community as stated and implied in the terms and conditions above, and signify my understanding and acceptance by my monthly payment and continuing involvement in TACO.
